Mali’s economy will worsen because of sanctions imposed by regional bloc ECOWAS following the August 18 coup, economists say.
The sanctions have cut off trade and travel with the landlocked country already suffering from violence amid COVID-19.
As Al Jazeera's Ahmed Idris reports from Abuja, millions of people are struggling to find money and food.
