Mpumalanga police have officially launched their Safer Festive Season campaign in Ermelo, aiming to curb crime and protect communities during the holiday period.

Key priorities include tackling hijackings, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and femicide issues that continue to plague the province.

Acting Provincial Police Commissioner Zeph Mkhwanazi has called on the public to act responsibly and support law enforcement efforts.
