Limpopo state-owned water utility, Lepelle Northern Water, says it hopes to complete the Olifantspoort and Ebenezer water infrastructure upgrade projects by the end this year (2025).

The 18.5 billion rand projects are aimed at replacing old water pipes to improve water supply in the province.

Residents in many areas, including the province's capital, Polokwane, have been enduring poor to no-water supply for years.
