Uganda has significantly increased its coffee exports in the first two months of the coffee year. The country earned more than 74 million dollars in October and November 2016, up from 47 million dollars compared to the previous year. However this apparent good news is not cause for celebration amongst farmers as the Coffee Development Authority says the ongoing drought situation in the country is adversely affecting production.
