Parliament is racing against time to fill the looming vacancy of the Chairperson of the National Lotteries Commission. Retiring NLC Chairperson, Professor Barney Pityana, bows out at the end of this month. Pityana had requested to retire at the beginning of December, but was asked to serve until the end of the month.
