The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has succesfully concluded a settlement agreement with Minenhle Dlamini, one of the beneficiaries of funds irregularly received from NPO, Mshanduka Foundation.
This is part of SIU ongoing investigation into the misapproriation of National Lotteries Commission grant funding.
