Pressure On Nairobi National Park As The City Expands

Kenya boasts one of the largest wildlife Conservation parks just minutes out of its busy capital. At the Nairobi National Park, lions, rhinos and other wildlife roam just 10 kilometres from downtown Nairobi. For decades, the animals and the city have lived side by side but with the pressure of accelerated development, the country is increasingly having to manage a tough balancing act to satisfy the demands of its expanding concrete jungle, while preserving the purity of its conservation jewel.
