The funeral service of the late 43-year-old Sergeant Joyce Ngomane attached to the Tonga Police Mpumalanga is taking place today.
Ngomane was stabbed multiple times allegedly by her husband after and altercation at their homestead this previous Tuesday.
The accused has since been arrested.
