Anglican Archbishop of Cape Town, Thabo Makgoba, will lead the popular Christmas Eve midnight mass at St. George's Cathedral this evening. Like some of his predecessors, Makgoba uses this evening's service to address various political and social matters affecting South Africa and the world.
