A quarry with murky water and diapers, provides an alternative for residents of Gannalagte village in the Tswaing Local Municipality in North West, after the village went five months without water. It is reported that pipes carrying water to their homes have been blocked, hence this act that poses a health risk to their lives. Residents blame inaction on the side of the authorities, to ensure that the resevoir providing them with water gets maitained properly.
