UN Accuses South Sudan Government Of Preventing Peacekeepers From Fulfilling Mandate

The United Nations has accused the South Sudanese government of exacerbating the country's problems by preventing peacekeepers from doing their jobs. The UN Security Council has held a meeting on the human rights situation in South Sudan. It's concerned the humanitarian situation is only going to worsen. CGTN's Nick Harper reports from New York.
