The United Nations plans to withdraw some of its peacekeepers from South Sudan after troops failed to respond properly to a deadly attack in a compound that sheltered thousands of civilians.The move comes after accusations that the UN peacekeeping mission there, known as UNMISS, took too long to react to the February assault. Our correspondent Liling Tan reports from the UN headquarters in New York.
