the United Nations has appointed a Rwandan military officer to head up the UN's peacekeeping mission in South Sudan. Lt. Gen Frank Mushyo Kamanzi will take over the troubled task force following a scandal that forced out the former force commander. CGTN's Nick Harper reports from New York.
