Cradock Hospital, which falls under the Chris Hani District Municipality in the Eastern Cape has been without water for the past five days. Disrupting daily operations and affecting both staff and patients.
The ongoing water shortage has reportedly forced some patients to be discharged, as they were unable to wash or use the toilets, while healthcare workers say the situation has made it difficult to maintain hygiene standards and deliver essential services.
