As the 2026 school calendar kicks off next week, the Eastern Cape Education Department says all required resources are in place to ensure a smooth start to the school year. The Department has also confirmed that it has successfully completed the delivery of Learner Teacher Support Materials and stationery to all schools by November last year. This is to ensure that learners and teachers have essential tools for teaching and learning from the first day of school.
