Parliament's Ad Hoc committee has had an unexpected halt, when MPs decided not to continue with the testimony of the Chief of Staff of the Police Ministry, Cedrick Nkabinde. Nkabinde had trouble providing clarity to the committee on the sequence of events when he made contact with the controversial North West business man, Brown Mogotsi. Several MPs said Nkabinde's statement before them is misleading and therefore unacceptable. Legal Expert Mpumelelo Zikalala joins us for more.
