Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Velenkosini Hlabisa has warned that the conditions which led to the killing of whistleblower Babita Deokaran remain a threat to others who speak out against corruption.
Hlabisa was delivering the inaugural Babita Deokaran Lecture in Cape Town today, organised by the Anti Corruption Centre for Education and Research.
