The five people accused of shooting dead nine patrons at the KwaNoxolo tavern in Bekkersdal will be back in the Westonaria Magistrate's Court in the west of Johannesburg on Tuesday.
The suspects who appeared in court on Wednesday have yet to apply for legal aid.
