Authorities say the owner of kwaNoxolo Tavern in Bekkersdal on Gauteng's West Rand is being arrested as she has been operating with a fraudulent liquor licence. This comes as the death toll in the deadly tavern shooting has risen to ten. A group of armed suspects stormed the tavern and shot randomly at the patrons at the weekend. Two suspects have been identified by police.
