Former Ekurhuleni City Manager Dr. Imogen Mashazi, made serious allegations against EMPD Chief Isaac Mapiyeye at the Madlanga Commission. She told the inquiry that she received reports that Mapiyeye raped subordinates and fathered children with women who were vulnerable to his abuse of power. She further claimed that Mapiyeye referred to these women as his angels.
