The Deputy Mayor of the Bitou Municipality says the gun that she is allegedly seen shooting into the air, at a ceremony to welcome home initiates in KwaNokuthula in Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape, is a toy gun. Nokuzola Kolwapi has been criticised for a social media video doing the rounds, showing her allegedly firing several shots into the air. Kolwapi is the President of the Ikhwezi People's Movement
