The Judicial Inquiry into allegations of attempting to stop the investigations or prosecutions of Truth and Reconciliation Commission cases will today start to unravel crucial concerns. They relate to why so few of the 300 cases that the TRC Amnesty Committee referred to the NPA over two decades ago have been investigated. Retired Constitutional Court Justice Sisi Khampepe is the chairperson of the inquiry.
