Executive Mayor of the Sol Plaatje Municipality, Martha Bartlett, has emphasized the importance of reliable water supply, particularly for hospitals during critical periods. Bartlett said this during her visit to Robert Sobukwe hospital, to meet mothers who gave birth to babies on New Year's Day.
She highlighted the municipality's commitment to ensuring that hospitals and surrounding health facilities have adequate water to continue operating effectively and to support new mothers, patients, and staff at the hospital.
