Museveni: Ugandans Will Decide How Long I Stay In Power

But even before the dust left behind by Air force one settles down, his very message is being challenged. Uganda President Yoweri Museveni said it was the people of Uganda who will decide how long he stayed in power and he appeared to have the support of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
